The day I got back, I found it and it seemed like the perfect fit for me. And again, I liked the market. I liked kind of the geographic barriers that we had here. We're on an island and seemed like a lot of vacation homes or stuff like that. So people that were unlikely to cancel their service if there was a recession because an argument here most of the time. For all those reasons, I thought it was going to be a pretty good and stable business and not seasonal in the room.
