Are You Seeing Progress in a Lift?

If somebody's making progress, a couple of things can be going on. If they're kind of relatively new, they might just be making a lot of like neurological changes as a result of their technique. Another thing too is like they might just not have the self awareness to recognize some of those kind of intrinsic properties where they're just like not very in tune with their body at all. So I would say more often than not, if they're seeing progress, they're probably doing something right.
