I think there is a sense that everybody has to think a little bit long term, but no one is really freed to think long term. The answer is we do all the time and it's you can be more thoughtful about it and bring it into practice. I'm begging for a little optimism from your vantage point, which is seeing the next level of leaders, seeing the current leaders and the research in between.
