Is There a Source of Selection Bias in the Removal of Small Kidney Stones?

The number of patients in this study was so small, you know, if there really is a big effect out there in nature, you don't need a lot of observations to see it. The biggest weakness that i saw here is in their consort diagram, the number of patients who were randomized is reported, but the number of people who were screened for enrolment not reported. I'm kind of hopeful that  in the real world, theres going to be some benefit to the removal of small kidney stones. But i think i'll have to wait for somebody with some content experts and eurology to tell me what to make of these findings? Yes.
