How to Be a Successful Merchant Diger in China

I'm a merchant diger for stores, for branding campaign and an on-retail channel. I've been doing this for more than 20 years so it's quite natural for me. Merchandising is playing the product launch, creating the product collection,. planning the holistic assortment for the season launch to cover the entire marketplace. Then I need to translate what is the optimised size of the product range at the same time - how much we need to sell. Also we need to maintain the right size of the inventory at thesame time. So a lot of complexity. But I've always tried to think about efficiency in life and then the mobility.
