How do you reinforce it though? Because if it's then you plow through it and you're like, oh crap, I broke my own rule. So what's the punishment or what's the reward? You know what I mean? Right. And you can kind of create your own punishments or rewards like, hey, if I can get this done, whatever free time I have is mine. But that punishment is when I leave the house at 934 instead of 930, I put that in my draft.
