The logical progression book would be a performance oriented book where we're like open this up here's your training plan go for it and you're gonna red point hard stuff. The strength book really lacks any anything in specific programming in that way. It's more a manual that that people will refer back to year after year on methods of strength for climbing are there actual workouts like session designs for in the logical progression book? Yes and I did I did several of them as as examples.
