I know you've likened knowledge work to endurance activity many times. And I'd just like to reflect on some of the parallels between knowledge work and exercise training. The first person that I heard referred to these types of parallels is actually Andrew Hill, who you might know. He's typically interested in neurofeedback and he has formulated new tropic products. So I'm thinking about things like periodization, specific adaptations to impose demands or refer to ones that we haven't mentioned yet.
