What Are Limiting Beliefs That You're Not Going to Write Out?

I want to send everybody to check out your podcast and everything that you're doing, but if somebody right now is like, Oh, that sounds really cool because that's why I feel like I do really well with journaling. Are there even like three journal prompts that have worked really well for you, or your client or that have been like super transformative for you or your clients? Three things that you're grateful for is like an easy prompt and for me that has been totally life changing. If the only thing I can focus on that was really good that day is the fact that I'm still breathing I can really connect to that. And I say also limiting beliefs is a good one,
