You know, it's so interesting how you have to be careful with just a few words, and how just one word change can make a big difference. And it really pays off what you mention at the beginning of the bookh where you said, throughout my studies of people, human relationships and business interactions,. i have been amazed by how omepeople achieved dramatically different results than others with what seemed to be the exact same ingredients. Let me ask, if you make a lot of presentations. After you've made a presentation or explained something, why you should not say, do you have questions? It's possibly the worst question to ask.
