In a lot of your writing, it doesn't seem like you're mad at it. Maybe that's what essential thing is, it's realizing that you're doing something that someone could be making fun of you in the same way as you are. And i think being self deprecating has a relatable element to it. I try to keep that awareness, particularly about fitness stuff,. especially because i can feel very insecure a lot about, like the literal world is ending in so many ways and i'm talking about lifting weights.
