We have a question from joe. I'm looking to set some strength and fitness goals for my 60 fifth birthday. My ideas run sub eight minute mile. Dead lift in excess of 300. Bike 65 miles by a really good bye. And that's not the best answer i've ever given, but that may be all to help.
