Delta Airlines Should Take Care of You With Accommodations and Food
If you get stuck and you don't have your bags, whether they damage or destroy your baggage, you're entitled to compensation. There's a cap on that, I think, 3800 bucks. And what about out-of-pocket expenses for, let's say, delays or cancellations? Your flight is delayed overnight. You have to get a hotel yourself. What are the rules around that? So when the airline is responsible for the delay, they are also or the cancellation. They've got to take care of you with food, with overnight accommodations. Some airlines will do that whether it's considered their fault or not. That's where you need to look at these customer service plans
