The Critical Power Concept
Critical power is defined as the power output that you could sustain without fatigue for a long time. Critical power leads to, i think, one of the most interesting concepts, which is the anerobic work capacity or the w prime as it's called. It can be used to determine something known as your 'anerobic capacity' Over 260 words they are trivial because they're basically speaking about a very similar thing - battery size. But if your critical power is calculated appropriately, it will be very similar to your f t p in mathematical terms.
