The Benefits of Lifting Weights Faster
A lot of people say that well, can I just lift weights faster or can I just do sleds or whatever and you know, there is certainly benefits to that. But doing 140 beats per minute on your air bike for 30 minutes is not the same as you doing a barbell complex at 140. You're not going to get the same level of consistent across longer durations. So it's got to be sustainable so it's not like, hey I just do some sprints and call the day It's you need a sustainable timeframe to have that work.
