I think it was just really brave of you to bring this up in the book and what much have been a cathartic, but also difficult thing to do. So maybe you can kind of share your own journey, your own story with being embodied. No, I'd love to, particularly if it helps people because I'm in my early 40s and it really wasn't until my very late 30s that I realized that I was disassociating during sex. It's like sort of a woozy spinning.
