How Do You Structure Your Training Week?

The training process is hundreds of sessions in the course of a year. Even an age grouper that's only training, only training, let's say, six times a week, that's 300 sessions in a year. And so every one of those sessions is just a tiny part of the bigger picture. If if they're staying healthy, if they're able to feel good about the hard sessions, you know, they're ready to do themd and thety have a sustainable programme.
