CHAPTER

Meditation - The Mind Is Not Distracted, Because What Is Distraction?

Through concentration, fixation the mind can never be quiet. So officially at the higher levels of consciousness you may reduce it for and for stillness. But again that is not meditation, that is merely a compulsion, putting on the brake, constant. And the engine wants to run full speed, you soften it, you put on the brake. Whereas if you are able to examine every interest, every thought that comes into your being, into your mind, going to it fully, completely think every thought out then there will be no wandering of the mind. The mind has found the values of itself, therefore it is no longer a check, which means there is no distraction.
