The Importance of a 31 VO2 Max

To be able to do all the activities of daily living, you want to at least have a 31 VO2 max. I actually feel better than I did 10 years ago in many ways because of what I was involved in with CrossFit and like over training. Just training that much had downstream effects on my physical and mental state. Your work life balance, I think is better. Like you work less now than you say when initially you kind of had to do a lot more to get everything going.
