I wonder if that's kind of where a lot of the anxiety for lifters comes from. Like this reluctance to step further away from your comp lifts and like, oh, no, what my bench goes down or something like that. I am not someone who misses workouts like and being obsessive about training is what got me into this whole thing. There's a lot that I thought of to touch on with that.
