I bought a pay-by-the-hour car company out of administration two weeks before the global financial crisis. I ended up selling that for a fraction of what I'd invested in it about a year later. Your timing is in fact what we're starting to invest in. Not everything's going to work and things will only affect you as much as you allow them to affect you. So you have to be rather philosophical about success and failure because it doesn't change the end result.
