The Benefits of Supplementing Creatine

Creatine is one of the few supplements where you can take on top of a healthy diet and it's going to have some benefit just by kind of filling your muscles with a little bit more creatine. Our bodies can only synthesize about one gram of creatine per day, so that's not enough to saturate your muscles at all. Even if you're eating animal based products, you're eating red meat, you're eat seafood, you still will have about 80% saturation of creatine within your muscles. You can have 100% full creatine content within your muscle.
