I love the fact that there are all these exercises kind of built into your process and the book that we can kind of step into. Years back I had a conversation actually with a friend out here who shared that after his first marriage didn't last when he got remarried and really wanted it to stay alive and vibrant and connected. He and his wife created these mechanisms they called life dinner. They would just, they would close the place down talking about like, how's life? Like how are you? How am I? And that monthly check-in was like so powerful yet so few of us create mechanisms like that.
