In nature, all organisms are conserved. Or they, they conserve. They live a conserved life. We want to think of them being all active and they're all on the hunt and they're more active us and we live a sedentary lifestyle. But the opposite of the sedentary isn't exercise. The opposite of thesedentary is active. And I'm saying that there are things that exercise does that might likely mimic cold stress because exactly the same thing happens.
