How RIR Influences High Perch Fees

I'm trying to design a study that Steve, you can read through and like I said before, resonate with in regards to your own training. So this is an eight week unilateral study design. And what this means is participants performing resistance training with their low limbs, but each limb is randomly allocated to a different training protocol. The RIR limb will be predicting their reps and reserve to control set-term nation as you would when going through your own training sessions.
