Creatine and the Endurance Athletes

There's a number of different scenarios, we'll come to the clinical stuff in a minute. Creatines seem to decrease cytokines inflammatory markers post exercise,. interleutin six and tumor necrosis factor alphins. If creatine can be taken before a big event or something that's long duration, it decreases inflammation. That could allow an athlete to recover faster, get in the GM field, whichever, and exercise in a more frequent basis. It has emerged into this multifactorial compound which is considered anabolic but also anti-catabolic.
