i've been working with a health coach who i really love. Hat's just helping me create healthy habits and get stronger. She had me start with making sure i'm getting my steps in each day and that i'm drinking enough water. We started with the basics, and then i went into a cut for a few months,. And then i stopped the cut. It was a couple months later, like three or four months later, that i was finally able to get myself unto an consistent work out routine.
