The Power of Breath Work in Menipas

With menipas, estrogen goes down. So what i'm finding is that you need more tools outside of just eating leafy, green vegetables. You need more tools for consistent bowel habits as you move through menipas. That's where i found breath work to be one of those tools that's working for me. And also becaus somebody had said a, when you're eating a delicious cale salad, do you still get all the nutrients if you're feeling stressed? No answers, no. There is some science behind that. I would beg to differ with anybody that says that those two aren't connected. But i, i, i is fascinating.
