Liza: I think this idea for me of finding what we call the kernel of truth in someone else's perspective or in the other side is really, really important when I feel stuck. So that's sort of grounding the central dialectic and how we think about change in behavior therapy. Liza: There's so there's a lot of different ways to practice dialectical thinking. And it usually means that I'm not kind of finding what's true about their perspective.
