Matt Cable: I am very grateful for the fact that at least so far, I haven't really struggled with sleep. Exercise is certainly as important as diet or they're very close to each other in terms of both health span and longevity in people. There's a lot of confusion about what seems on the surface to be a paradox which is the role of mTOR in aging. We can dive into that but it's pretty clear that exercise has a positive impact on many of the hallmarks of aging even where we didn't see a big increase in lifespan in animal studies.
