The Importance of Rest
I think you see it often that it's a really good at hurting themselves. Really good athletes know they can hurt themselves one day and back off. A lot of other people don't have that. They throw an intensity in every day and then you start losing the purpose. You're good at hurting yourself, but I need to be the one to tell you you need to also rest.
