Is More Excessive Exercise Harmful?

Study shows that more aggressive exercise actually caused negative effects to the metabolic health and their adaptation. Mitochondrial partial shut down, causing things like insolent resistance and overall less healthy body. The good news is that the negative effects of excessive exercise were reduced as soon as the exercise load decreased. It only took about one week of reduced training to improve the metabolic parimeters. Many medical groups suggest intense interval training shouldn't be completed more than three times a week for joint health reasons.
