The Relationship Is Not a Reward for Good Behaviour

Relationships are about compatibility and our emotional needs being met. We may have actually been prepared to settle for less than what we need, desired and deserve. A relationship is not a reward for good behaviour or a reward for stella performance. If we tend to settle to play down or straight up hide our needs, if we tend to opt to be in unavailable relationships, we're just not that into that person either. Sometimes it's actually not that we are even in to the person whom we have decided is not in to us.
