I struggled really hard to get as senior as I possibly could. When you sort of run an institute, you decide when the meetings will be. We're coming in at 5 p.m. today and we'll be working till midnight. But it kind of makes sense because I work with a lot of young people and they tend to be later chronotypes. It's almost 25, 6 in the evening and there are loads of people in the lab. We tend to work later.
