Is Cold Shower Better Than Cold Shower?

Cold showers haven't really been studied that much. They have, but not nearly as much as immersion and people always ask why. If you're looking for recovery for muscle soreness, I would say cold shower is probably doing very little because you're not going to be able to get enough cold water onto any muscle besides basically your head. So maybe you could try a cold bath and so you'd at least get some surface area coverage.
