The Different Types of Work in the Software Industry
The software industry is becoming a little bit more like other mature industries in the way that we think, okay, we actually need to be more rigorous about what we spend time on. So I'm seeing people come to shape up because they're understanding that there's these different types of work. The idea that everything can just become a ticket and then you just do the tickets and then you're going to be done with the project are an oversimplification.
