The Effect of Sleep on Daytime Function

Some people have been in bed for five hours and thought they got eight hours. Some people had five hours thought they got five hours, some had eight hours thought they get eight hours. And so it's just a really nice demonstration that what you're told about your sleep actually affects your daytime function. So if you've got this wearable that's telling you that your sleep score last night was 64 out of 100 but before reading that you thought you sleep is okay that's probably contributing to some subsequent performance decline.
