You go kind of moderately hard and maybe eight K 10 K effort up up that hill, maybe five K effort depending on the length. And then instead of getting to the top and slow and then, you know, trudging back down, what you do is you kind of keep that that turnaround and then go steady down the hill. So metabolically, you're you're clearing out stuff a little bit better. You're shifting how you're using your stride and biomechanics or go from shuffle to actually running while you're doing this.
