There were there were 24 total subjects in this study. A third of them got pretty similar results to both uh both training loads. One individual saw like 12 13 percent increase in lean soft tissue mass following high load training and only like a two three percent increase with low load training. If you if you told either of those people hey doesn't matter which one to do and you just be dead wrong that actually is generalizably true.
