In a lot of business situations, especially with technology products, the person selling the product never wants to talk to the chief fina aofficer until late in the process. I think that's wrong. The sooner you can talk to thechief financial officer, the quicker you can get to a being asked to put the benefit of your product or service in dollars and cents or in ouros. And to do that, as a discipline, early on, w you to the second most powerful person in that organization.
