What Is Your Current Role?
I do a lot of, lately, my work has been with focus groups, qualitative research primarily. So we've been doing focus groups virtually versus in person. One of the things that I really got into before COVID was bringing a production crew in into the focus group room and shooting all of that. And then identifying the most articulate respondent and going into their homes and shopping with them or talking with them in their homes.
