BJ: What do you do to foster the relationships of the cooks with the servers, with the hostess? "If they're communicating amazing, then the customer gets a phenomenal experience," he says. "I call our bus, busers, NASCAR because they are turning that table so quick that blows my mind" 'On a Friday night when my buddies are going home from work, I want to 85 jobs and I'm going out of my subdivision to my job,' she adds. "'It don't bother me. I'm having, I'm going to have fun' That's one of our things is, is, is,. be a team, be a team,'" BJ concludes.
