The Importance of Having Expertise in HVAC

How did you come to focus on HVAC? Was that the focus on the outset or did you have a few areas of interest and what ultimately was the thesis there? Yeah, I think that's a great question. And I think a lot of people I speak to kind of really wrestle with this dilemma about which sector. So I don't have expertise in that. But one of my closest friends actually owns a heating business. He was not really working sort of day to day in the business because he's got, let's say, management in place. It has been super helpful so far in the journey since we've, since we completed the first deal.
