i struggle with the, you know, take the stairs and park far away ime. The cumulat effect, we know has some benefit. But however, myny steps an ill see some s where maybe i didn't exercise, or if I did weight lifting,. which has not taken steps, it doesn't accumulate for that. And then i came in here, and itwas just a day full of riding, and i didn't walk much, and it'll give me four thousand steps, which is pretty minimal. A man, sure, he can do a lot less, but it's pretty minimal.
