I would say on average, probably 20 to 30 cold calls a day. If I didn't get ahold of them, I would make a note to follow up with them in two weeks or a month long follow up. Before calling they, I would go to that brokers website and or their listings on this by sell. Even if I knew there was about a 95% chance that it wasn't the right listing for me.
