"I brought my own knives because like that's what you would do as a line cook when you get a staj and I think I learned pretty quickly," she said. "They met me in their kitchen which was a tiny closet with no windows right next to the Bon Appetit kitchen" She added, " recipe testing is basically just like weighing out all of the ingredients and then cooking through the recipe."
