Can You Use Taping for Knee Injuries?

Tape and bracing can be used to help with swelling. I don't believe that an ankle brace is the best way to prevent injury. We're using more braces in people who are either allergic to tape or some of our older demographics. And so we need to be making sure that the brace is useful when it's required, but we'll also have them exercising outside of their brace as well.
