Gindrich borsky: Reflection, meditation. I will journal in the mornings quite often. And whenever, i say every four to eight weeks at longest, i will do an 80 20 inventory of my emotional state. That means that i'll sit down before checking you mail during any of that check o my phone,. and i will ask the question youal water, 20 % of the activities and relationships that are producing 80%.
