Is Your Organizational Alignment at Risk?

In the highest performing product cultures that I've experienced anyhow, everyone, every function is actually aligned to understanding how they contribute to the product's success. If an organization is misaligned, it's essentially at war with itself. It doesn't have the strength and focus to survive in today's marketplace. And many times the isolation or siloing that happens in organizations is a really good indicator.
