The Benefits of Being a Tech Lead
A good leader appears to not be very busy or be doing much. But I think in a lot of ways that's an ideal. You want to be there if needed, but a team ought to run on its own. That shouldn't depend on any activities that the leader does. All those styles, they have the benefits. And the stakeholders will benefit from someone that becomes a tech lead and is too close to you.
